Time Table

Fishing Times

  • Fishing times -

  • Saturday 9am to 6pm

  • Sunday 9am to 5pm.(Subject to change)

  • Boats to be back in the pier at the specified finish time. 

​

  • A VHF Radio check will be carried out each day prior to fishing

​

  • All boats to be in the water at designated launch site before 08.45am ready for 09.00am start

​

  • Prize giving at 8 pm Sunday evening in The Haven Hotel, finger food for anglers will be provided.

Boat Catch entries

  • Will commence fifteen minutes after end of competition in front of sailing club or stated location.

​

  • Only one of each nominated  species photo per boat is to be brought to the entry.

​​

​

  • It is the skipper’s responsibility to verify the correct species and total length at the check  in.

  • No claims will be entertained after check in.

  • Check in results will be published Sat night on the club Facebook page .

  • The Committees decision on all matters is final.

 NOMINATED SPECIES:

​

Cod - Min Size - 300mm

Flat - Min Size - 250mm 

Gurnard - Min Size - 250mm

Pollack - Min Size - 300mm

​

If restricted :

Bass- Min size- 420mm

Hound - Min size 550m

​

Fishing areas and local marks will be provides upon entry. Back up fishing restrictions will be final decision of the safety officer over the weekend.
